Kouryukan, public community center
In Toyota City, there are public facilities called “Kouryukan” located in each public junior high school area. These centers are open to everyone for free at any time. Each Kouryukan has a free library and a kids’ corner, making them perfect spots for parents and children to enjoy together. There’s no cost involved, and no reservations are needed.
